Usha Tripathi is a firm believer of Empowering Women through skill and vocation training. She started this organization to Empower youth of her town to get better opportunities and now we work Pan-India 

 With a strong academic background and years of experience in public service, Usha Tripathi has been a driving force behind YCSS's most impactful initiatives., recognizing that practical training provides the foundation for financial independence and self-reliance.

Rajesh Kumar Ojha is recognized as a visionary leader who has been instrumental in the growth and success of Yuva Chetna Sewa Samiti. His determination and unwavering commitment have been key factors in elevating the organization to new heights.

Under his guidance YCSS has launched several initiatives aimed at equipping India's youth with valuable skills. These programs are designed to empower young people by providing them with the training and knowledge needed to secure employment and build successful careers.

Dr Suryansh Ojha is a young visionary of YCSS, He works at ground level and is always in touch with the youth of his community as he believes in staying grounded and connected to the people of his community is crucial for progress 

With a strong academic background and years of training, Dr Suryansh ojha (BAMS) is a master of his craft, a Master of Ayurveda and Yoga. He believes in empowerment of women and youth of India through Vocational skills will bring a better future for India
